When we first got married over 20 years ago we were living the “American Dream”..
Michael “Goose” was building high end homes on the coasts of Maine and I had graduated college with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and was working in management for a mutual fund company based out of Boston..
We had nice homes, cars, clothes, furniture and rental properties.. We also had half a million dollars in debt.. Making all our payments but unknowingly we were slaves to our jobs..
We started seeking a simpler life.. Began a journey to become debt free, to live with less, to break free from the rat race… To wake up from the American nightmare and return to the American lifestyle of our great grandparents..
This journey to a simpler yet more meaningful life of just a few generations ago effected all areas..
Our faith.. Our health.. Our finances..
We wanted truth and simplicity..
Today many years later we live off grid in the Ozarks hills.. We are part of no religion, no church, no movement.. Instead we simply read the Bible and do our best to obey all we can.. Including Sabbath, feasts and food laws.. Doing our best to walk as our Messiah walked..
In addition to my Bachelor of Science degree I also hold a certificate in Natural Health and Herbalism.. However our best education has come from the journey the Father has had us on.

We have parented 14 children including bio, foster and adopted.. Many with special needs.. And used the wisdom of our great grandmothers to address many health needs (with MD oversight) from colds to seizure disorders to damaged digestive tracts to neurological concerns..
We do not diagnose nor treat any illness.. We simply share what we have learned and experienced… Here to encourage and edify those who seek a healthier overall lifestyle and a simpler walk in all areas…
Our goal is to share this lifestyle.. the lost wisdom and ways.. with those who seek the same.. A peace filled, healthy and meaningful life..
A life that honors the Father by walking as our Messiah and brings blessings and joy to our families and loved ones..
Ask for the ancient paths and walk in it.. And find rest for your souls..
